今回ドライホップとして採用した3種類は、前回から品種を調整しつつ、WCBのGrantとDerrekが目利きして選んだ【Nelson・Waimea・Motueka】。もちろん今回もHop Dudeが大好きな「Freestyle Hops」より到着！
グラッシーで微かなダンク、柿やライチを連想させるアロマ。口に含むと、グレープフルーツに赤肉メロン、桃、熟したパイナップルの印象など、めくるめくフルーツ祭。飲み進めるとミルキーな口当たりとほのかな甘さを感じ、最後にはグレープフルーツ果皮のような程よい苦みが◎。

What we can tell you (with absolute certainty) though is that this beer was made with Freestyle hops, and Freestyle hops only. For those that don’t know—that’s the good stuff. That feeling you get when the Freestyle hops arrive… staring at those reflective boxes is like peering deep into someone’s soul. And now that another 100% Freestyle brew is complete - let us tell you about it. Super, insane, juiciness. Freestyle Nelson, Waimea and Motueka combined... it's like Santa letting you drive the sleigh in May. turbid white golden color. Massive beautiful hop character of tangerine and limes. Medium low carbonation. Super juicy, amazing. Not boozy at all. Love this.

Can split at L6 Tasting, thanks to Tips, 13/10/22. Hazed orange yellow with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, grass, pine nip, melon, grapefruit. Taste comprises mixed tropicana, orange zest, grapefruit, pine resin, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with mellow juice laden hop bitterness. Tidy enough easy drinking DIPA.

Can shared in CW - cheers to Tippy. Pours murky yellow with a creamy, white head. Medium sweet flavour, a little sugary, some chalky hops, lemon peel, booze. Pine needles. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly chalky finish, more lemon peel, dry pale bread. So so.

Bottle shared at the Columbus tasting 13/10/2022. Many thanks to Wingman Dave. A hazed pasty yellow gold coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is massive dank hop, waxy citrus, hockey puck, powdery. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, juicy, guava, mango, funky tropicals, white grape, melon, papaya. Palate is semi sweet, oily, moderate carbonation. spicy carbonation. Good stuff.
