Simcoe DIPA. The next hop to get our saturate treatment is Simcoe. Drone Logic takes a grist of over 50% Oats and Wheat backed up by Floor Malted Maris Otter and then smothers it in Simcoe and Simcoe alone. When pushed to this level Simcoe becomes a bursting, intense tropical fruit bomb that comes at you with lots and lots of pineapple that’s peppered with notes of spruce and citrus fruits. A big jucy Simcoe banger.

Can. Hazy gold beer, decent cream colour head. Smooth palate, nibbly fine carbonation. Smooth and sweetish malts, light creamy sweetness. Savoury orange hops, some orange peel. A savoury bitter mid that starts to get spicy. Touches of pink grapefruit and lemon. Semi dry savoury finish. A notably savoury DIPA then. Long spicy bitterish and yes, savoury linger. Liked, bit more hop fruit would not have gone amiss.
