Our interpretation of a modern American Pale Ale - Body Riddle arrives at near pilsner straw colour from its minimal malt base of Floor Malted British Pale Malt, Carapils and Wheat Malt so as not to crowd a busy bright hop bill of Lemondrop, Galaxy, Simcoe and Ekuanot hops.
As per our usual delivery we’ve packed this one out with a nose of lemon rind, passionfruit, grapefruit juice and fresh piney goodness that follows through to a silky soft, sessionable body.

Can at home, bizarrely bought in Jumbo Food Market, Utrecht, 21st October 18. Pours a cloudy light orange, huge white bubbly head. Aroma is sherbert, refresher sweets, light orange. Taste is peach, aromatic, some perfume, soft citrus, very nice to drink and lots of flavours. Good APA.

330ml can from Whole Foods, Kensington, drunk on a sunny late afternoon in Hyde Park before watching Nine Inch Nails at Royal Albert Hall. No comment on appearance. Aroma is vibrant, hoppy grapefruit. Taste is seems extremely fresh, good crisp light body that allows the ekuanot and galaxy to shine with just enough simcoe to add a little more variation. Havent had a fresh, hoppy American pale ale this good in a while. Excellent.
