Mashed with Abbey and Carabelge, both of which are typically not used with the “Lager style yeast” (Carabelge normally used for Whiskey). Double dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, Saphir and Barbe Rouge. Each of the hops adding their own aromatic notes to the mix including citrus, spice, sweet fruit and herbs along with the honey and nuttiness from the malt.

Tap at Brewpub. Cloudy dark amber color with medium beige head. Aroma of malt, touch of caramel, spices, Belgian yeast, touch of hops. Taste is slightly malty sweet, light yeasty, candies, caramel, clove. Bit cloying sweet finish.
