Bradford CAMRA Beer Festival 2026, Beer#21. Extremely dark brown coloured ale. Dark-malty, all very easy and understated to session levels.

cask at the york tap ..lost notes aa web crashed ...deep black..very meh.just kind of wishy washy

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 17 June 2024) Dark brown colour, almost black, with foamy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark chocolate, milky coffee and roasted grain. Malty, roasted taste with notes of chocolate, coffee, raisins, prunes, dark bread and a mild roasty bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Solid and well made porter. Very nice.
