375ml bottle, shared at dinner time by Frau Eva. Clear late straw coloured body, no head and poor lacing. Modest smell of apple skins. Fresh taste of red apples, added by a grassy bite. Prolonged end. Clean on the swallow. Refreshing and okay with our salad, (Tromsø, 25.01.2024).

Klar gul med noe bobler. En litt enkel sider med lukt/smak av epler og litt sitrus. Medium med kullsyre. Ok butikksider.

Bottle, 375ml. It's a clear pale golden colored cider, still and headless. The aroma is a tad weak I think, but given the ABV I see no reason to complain. More sulphur than preferred though, but else it has a quite clean apple scent, fresh apples mostly, with some notes of grass and apple cores. It's medium bodied and perhaps a tad heavy on the carbonation, semi-dry, with an apple driven flavor. Unfortunately a bit rough on the sulphur in the flavor too. Grass, apple cores, some apple jam and a hint of apple pie too. Too much sulphur in the finish too. A pity it has all the sulphur, else it feels like a quite decent one. 210729

Bottle. Clear golden body with just a thin, fast disappearing white head. A light and refreshing cider, perhaps a bit weak but not bad considering only 4,5% ABV. Fine balance between sweetness and acidity, not too sweet and moderate acidity. Neat apple flavor and otherwise rather refreshing. Naturally a bit thin bodied and moderate aftertaste but definitively something I could by again.

Fra boks hos produsenten, Fridtjofens Hardangertokt aug-20: klar strågylden med mildt perlende munnfølelse. Nydelig smak av Hardangerepler. Det strålende været og utsikten skaper ekstra stemning.

From can at the cidery with Holmen1, JFE and JKE on tour with Fridtjofen 12.08.20. Clear pale straw colour. Redreshing aroma and taste of cider apples with a slight bitternesss. Not very complex. Crisp mouthfeel and good drinkability.

Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, sorrel, sour apples, grass, hay, flowers, minerals, apple peel, hints of citrus. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour apples, sorrel, hay, apple peel, citrus, flowers, apple cores, grass, leafs. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.

375 ml clear screwcap bottle, Lot #001, vintage 2019, from Coop Extra, Sauda. ABV is 4.7%. Clear and very pale golden colour, pours moderately sparkling with a small white head that disappears instantly. Moderate aroma of eating apples. Light bodied. Moderately sweet flavour of eating apples.

Kjerrheia 200720. Golden-yellow color with small white bubbls. Aroma is apples, sourness. Flavor is sourness, apples, grass, yeast. OK/Nice cider.
