On tap at Lervig Local. A clear dark golden colored cider, still and headless. The aroma is very weak, apple driven, with a touch of sulfur. It’s medium bodied and semi-sweet, still, with rather generic apple in the flavor. Apple sweetness too. Short finish. Nothing wrong going on here, except it scores very high on the dullness scale. Quite low alcohol level in this one, sure doesn’t help creating a fine cider. 220812
