A unique bottle re-fermented naturally gluten free lager, lower in carbohydrates.

Golden pale in colour, the nose is a mix of citrus-floral aroma sensations, clean with a light malt taste, but with hoppy aftertaste. A short clean mouth feel typical for a beer reduced in calories and carbohydrates

Bottled (from Prisma, Vaasa). Hazy murky orange colour with a mediumsized fluffy white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, mild parfumed notes along with a slight graininess. Flavour is grains, fruity, floral, mild parfumed noted as well as some herbs. Quite fresh taste, although a bit on the grainy side of things.

33cl bottle, from CM Jumbo, Vantaa. Pours cloudy golden, thin white head, creamy. Herbal on the nose, hops, citrus, more herbs. Flavor has hop juice, herbs, some spice I sometimes use with chicken, but can’t remember the name of it Now. Watery. Very hoppy actually. Quite ok but nothing I would drink more than a bottle of.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 26.11.2016
Aroma is very neat with lots of tropical fruits and soapy tones. Flavour has fruit candy, licorice(!), soapy tones, tropical fruits, biscuits, some urinal cake and hints of grass. Quite unusual but I like this, the fruit candy & licorice tones are nice. Or then it is just because the last beer went down the drain for being so terrible.

This was poured into a pilsener glass.
The appearance had a semi-hazy golden yellow color with a bubbly one finger white somewhat foamy to fluffy head that quickly dies and barely leaves any lacing.
The smell was quite floral and grassy.
The taste, still had the floral and grassiness about it but added in a light lemon flavoring that bled into the aftertaste and ended up leaving a dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat fairly light and sessionable. The carbonation was slightly spritzy but not harsh.
Overall, weird beer to me. Would I have it again? Hmmmm...maybe
