Nice pink head for a few short moments; deep dark red-mauve beer. Vinous nose, red wine, almost overripe red cherries, musk. Red fruit & berries, fruitwine, again some musk, even some incense, thyme. Medium bodied, slick & velvety. Low carbonation. Very good vinous beer, great!

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2021. A clear purple red beer. Aroma of mild sour red fruits, lactic fruits apples. Taste of red berries sour grapes, lactic fruits, good.

Clear deep ruby purple beer, no head. Aroma: nice and fruity, red wine, wood notes, good. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: pretty sourish, fruity, dry, some tannins, clean acidity. Aftertaste: dry, bitter, hoppy, citrus touch, tannins, wood, red wine, ok.

[10/22/2021] Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2021. Yellow session. Deep purple. Lots of berries, jammy, funk, sour, a bit citric. Very good.

Draught @ MBCC 2021, Copenhagen. Pours hazy red with a bubbly white head. Red berries, wood and funk. Tart and dry flavor with the berries lingering. Nice
