33 cl bottle @ hotel room. Aroma has caramel, toffee and some berries. Also raisins. Foamy palate. Flavour has chocolate, raisins, berries and malty notes. Weird, like a chocolatey dunkel.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav’s place. Thanks Yoav. Clear reddish amber with a bubbly beige head. Aroma of earth, fruits (carambola and more), dusty notes, some malt and caramel. Sweetish malty flavor with some fruitiness, some yeast, spiciness and a drier and more spicy finish with a bit of alcohol. Over-carbonated. So-so.

Bottle 750ml. corked.Clear medium to dark orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, ash, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120914]

Bottle @ FOneFan. Slightly hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, bread, yeast and caramel. Flavour is malt, caramel, medium sweet, yeast, bread and a little toffee.
