cloudy amber color. Big gin barrel, lemon, peach with botanical notes. Heavy body, tart big lemon character. Totally excellent take on the cocktail. A touch boozy but works better given what they are trying to do. Lingering gin character. Very very good

French 75 Saison, wooh! Vanilla, booh! Dunno why they added vanilla but maybe to round out the lime if they added too much? It's good but the vanilla is overwhelming upfront. Masks the tasty taste Saison and gin.
