Suur Wiik the stronger and hoppier brother of Väike Wiik.
Slightly higher grainbill compared to our pale ale gives this beer more body, alcohol and sweetness to balance the bitterness from the hops, which contribute a fruity, floral and citrus aroma to the beer. Pairs well with spicy foods ad blue cheeses.
Hops: Magnum, Columbus, Chinook, Mosaic, Simcoe

Smell-weak, hops. Foam- thin, large in mouth, bitter tones, hops. Head is large, white in color. Sticks. Appearance- brewer bottle cap, simple label. Bit sediment-y orange amber, some active carbonation. From - pint Taste- hops, bitter tones, faint grass, bitter and hoppy aftertaste. Drinkable, but nothing special.

Bottle. Thanks Raul. Nice, IPA aroma, minerals and pine, but earthy. Taste is more malty, after initial happiness goes to something more caramelly. Easy drinking. Something floral at end. Good!

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 049 - BB 21.09.18, at Baltic Hotel Promenaadi, Haapsalu, 20180708) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, caramel and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, malts, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, sweet and bitter. A mediocre hoppy brew. Aroma was mainly musty.

Sampled @ Tilburg Bierfestival 2018. A tad unclear yellow golden color, medium to full sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, grapefruit, fruity hops and nice hop bitterness. Decent to medium body and carbonation. Nice!

Golden colour with lasting fluffy head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of floral hop notes. Moderately bitter. Very clean finish.

Bottle @ home. Hazy yellow to orange colour with a medium sized white head. Smells peach, apricot, fruity, hops, some pine, very nice. Tastes hops, peach, fruity, very nice. Medium body, nice carbo.

Bottle from Stockmann, Tallinn. Clear a bit dark golden with a white head. Sweetish with citrus, grass, hops and grapefruit. The body was medium as was the bitterness.
