Pearu was a crafty farmer like our beer, full of hoppy freshness, tropical fruits and caramel malts. Since we love to pair our beers with food you might find this IPA not so bitter as many others- making it a nice session beer as well. We love it with spicy Asian food! Made with barley, water yeast and hops (Columbus, Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe).

33cl bottle. Bbe 2015-05-05. Clear amber, thin white head. Sweet fruity, caramel, woody notes. Flavor has caramel, honey, old hop cones. Dry, bitter, some herbs in finish. Way too sweet. Feels old as well.

Pours copper, not so clear. Long lasting foam. Aroma is rich, caramel, some old fruity hops. Not bad. Taste is also sweetish, toffee, satisfying. Rowans and some more ripen fruits. Bitterness is also there, quite weak. Old school IPA.

Bottle at wpbf. Dark amber brown color. Fruity, piney aroma. Medium-bodied. Fruity, resiny flavor. Decent "basic" ipa.

33 cl bottle @ wPBF Ⅲ. Batch #2: BBE 05.05.2015
Aroma is somewhat ashy with minerals and hops. Also mellow tobacco tones. Flavour has minerals, fruity hops, herbal tones and grapefruit. Aroma was not that pleasant but flavour is nice.

0,33L bottle, batch 2, BB 05.05.2015. Pours amber with light tan head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is sweet, malt, candy with chocolate glaze and biscuits. Flavor is hoppy, pine, citrus, mandarins, caramel, candy. Finish is pine bitter. Body is watery (it’s brewed at Lehe, so no surprise here). Overall: ok. Aroma is definetley very weird, but flavor has enough hops to be somewhat enjoyable.

33cl from Õllepood nr2 Gambrinus, Pärnu. Pours clear deep amber with an off-white head. Quite hoppy and fruity aroma, notes of tropical fruits, caramel, pine, malt and hints of citrus and herbs. A bit on the sweet side with hoppy flavours that seems a bit unbalanced. Finishes pleasantly bitter. Refreshing and quite pleasant.
