On tap at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose has tons of floral bergamot notes that dominate, with soft leathery funk, and earthiness. Very soft, and dominated by the bergamot. Good for what it is, though hardly recognizable as a lambic.

On tap at MBCC 2025, green session. Pours murky blonde with a white head. Tons of bergamot and old wood on the nose. Flavour has high acidity, lots of bergamot, old wood, mildew. Nice.

75-cl flaska från SB. Aningen disig gyllengul vätska utan skum. Syrlig med mycket citrus, man kan ana att det är bergamott men det är något helt annars bergamottolja. Oxiderad, fatkaraktär, krydd och citrussyrlig. Gott
