Tap @MBCC 2025, Red Session. Clear red, small light pink head. Funky red berry, cherry aroma. Sourish, sweet funky red berry flavour, a little barn, some rough yeasty spice.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear bright beautiful rosé with a small pink-tinged head. Aroma has plenty of earthy beets, light acidity, and soft leather. Flavour is acidic, with only a bit of earthy beets, soft leathery funk, and some mildew. Earthy, beet-like, gently acidic finish. Fun but not awesome.

On tap at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours clear ruby with a white head. Old furniture, funk, some vegetables on the nose. Flavour has upholstery, old wood, very light touch of beetroot. Nice.
