MBCC. Clear bright red with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, beetroot, wood and barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 240525

Aroma: beetroot, spiced malts and wild yeast. Taste: cherry and beetroot. Long beetroot mouthfeel. Interesting. Next one, please!
