Can. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, cardboard, and dusty hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Can 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Doodler. Pours a clear deep golden with a rich and lacing beige head. Fresh and tropical hop aroma - lovely. Medium body, amazingly fresh fruitiness with a wonderful arsenal of great aroma hops - both citrus and peach. Not overly bitter though. 120412

Can at Flying Saucer. Pours a cloudy copper with small off white head that diminishes rather quickly. The aroma is a strong floral hop and grapefruit. Medium mouthfeel with a sweet hop and nice lingering bitter finish. A good IPA from Sante Fe.

12oz can pours somewhat clear copper with gold hues and supporting a nice looking tan head. The modest aroma has a mix of mostly spicy and floral hops with lesser notes of sweet malts and resiny grassiness. OK, I’m digging the mix of resiny hop bitterness and the modest levels of malt sweetness at the base of the flavor. I get a good load of hops with pine bitterness, some spicy hops and a hint of floral hops too. The more I drink of this the more I’m liking it.

12 oz can from a trade with cbkschubert. Pours hazy dark orange color with off white head. Pine and caramel malt aromas. Sweet caramel flavor with some pine and moderate bitterness. On the malty side for an IPA. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Thanks Craig.

12 ounce can shared at the 16th Richmond Ratebeer Gathering, 11/5/11. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a thin frothy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of floral, herbal and citrus hops. The taste is extremely vegetal, almost squashy with some faint sugary malts. Weird. Medium bodied. Low carbonation.

Draught at the brewery. Golden-amber. The aroma is woody, with a light orchar fruitiness and light bready notes. Earthy with hearty bitterness, light crystal malt background. A clean if slightly chewy sense of balance to this one.

on tap-pours a white head and amber color. Aroma is resin/more resin, some light/medium malt. Taste is resin/herbal hops bite, some light/medium malt.

12 ounce can. Pours slightly cloudy orange amber color with a nice dense 2.5 finger off white head with great retention that reduces to a thick lacing cap that lasts. Some very nice lacing coats the glass as you drink as well. Aromas of orange, grapefruit, pine, caramel, and spice. Nice aromas with good strength, standard IPA stuff here. Taste of orange, grapefruit, pine and caramel. Big sweetness on the front with a decently strong bitterness on the finish that lasts with pine, caramel, and citrus flavor. Medium carbonation and body, very creamy and smooth as well, very drinkable. No alcohol in the taste or finish. Overall an excellent well rounded IPA. I would pick this up if it was readily available, perhaps for some camping?

Can @ Hotelroom, Denver. Pours dark golden with a white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, caramel sweetness. Taste is pine, orangepeel, bitter lemon, caramel. Medium body, soft carbonation, creamy mouthfeel. Solid IPA. 050411
