End of summer in Sweden means the beginning of festival season and with it comes this big(ger) IPA.
We wanted to brew an IPA with a slightly lower ABV but with slightly more (quite a lot more to be honest) hops. Three dry hop additions and a hop schedule blending Citra, Citra cryo, Mosaic cryo, Mosaic and Galaxy hops.
A festival IPA can be as flavorful as easy drinking, offering more time for your company and the social aspects of life.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Hazy yellow colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is nectary, some floral, some toffee oats and mild wheaty tones. Flavour is floral, some nectary and mild oaty tones with some slight wheaty and earthy tones.

On tap at Brewers Beer Bar Magasingatan. An unclear orange-yellow beer with a small, dense white head. Lacing. The aroma has orange, grapefruit, some grass and a tropical fruityness. A touch of malts too. It's soft and medium bodied on the palate, with a light bitterness. Orange and grapefruit, some pine cones and grass in the flavor, with some pale malts in the back. Fruity finish. Easy drinkable and refreshing. 240724

Draught @ Brewers beer bar Pours hazy golden with an white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, orange, grapefruit and pineapple. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long tropical fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft

--Canned,from Systembolaget. -- Cloudy straw colour, coarse mid sized head. Fruity nose with some apricot marmelade. Sweet with medium body and rounded, somewhat syrupy mouthfeel. Fruity, syrupy porridgy malt. Some grassy apricot hops. Sticky finish with low bitterness. Generic.
