Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 29A/23A). Can 33 cl - Batch AB045 (BBF 16.05.2018). AROMA: medium fruity aroma with notes of raspeberry and faint citric background. meidum-low neutral sour background. APPEARANCE: dark pink color and slightly hazy. medium-low white-pinkish head with low retention. TASTE: medium clean sourness with medium-low raspberry flavor. faint citric note. low bitterness with a dry, sour and bready-wheat finish. PALATE: light body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a nice fruity berliner weisse. needs a bit more lime presence.

Keg at the Mermaid - Clapton. Pours mostly clear pink with a creamy, white head. Nice aroma, smacking of tart raspberry and citric fruits. Light sweet flavour with quick acidity, a bit of tangy raspberry juice, lemon. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean finish with mild acidity, more lemon and tart raspberry, a hint of wheat. Quite clean and drinkable. Pretty surprised by the score for this one.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours hazy rose with a thin white head. Aromas of raspberry, lime and lactic funk. Taste is light sour and fruity. Both fruit additions vying for attention. Creamy, ice creamy in fact. Raspberry ripple and citrus zest. Tangy finish. Good.

[ As Amundsen Lush - Raspberry & Lime ].Clear light to medium red colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate lime, raspberry, tart rapsberry, frozen raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, raspberry, lime, tart, sweet berry - raspberry. On tap at Oslo Mikrobryggfest. Pours a slightly hazy pale red colour with a pale pink head. Aroma of lactic acid, red berries, candy and wheat. Sour flavour of raspberries, wheat, grass and sweet candy. Has a slick mouth feel, light to medium body and a light bitterness. A sour, fresh and sweet BW.
