Tonttu is single hopped with the Australian Enigma hop that gives a tropical fruit and near strawberry character that works beautifully with a little sweetness with it being a red ale.

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Clear dark amber/brown with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel, hop and toasted. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, hops, medium sweet, grass?, little dry and medium bitter.

Keg at cloisters. Pours clear orange amber, nose is caramel, toffee, light fruit, taste is sweet, chewy toffee, herbal.

Draught @ Leijuva Lahna. Pours dark reddish with a foamy white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, toffee, berries and spices. Taste is malty, caramely and sweetish with some berries and spices. Finish is sweet and malty with some berries and caramel. Decent red IPA.

Draught @ Favela. Aroma has toffee and sweetish malt. Also caramel anf fruity hops. Flavour has fruity hops, biscuits and minerals. A solid hoppy ale, could not locate the christmas here though.

Smell of hops. Clear copper colour, beige head. Aroma of hops, spruce, grass, some herbs. Bitter, fresh. Plentiful carbon.

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange to amber, small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty, slught caramelish. Sweet, toasted and slight fruity. Bitter and sweet nalty. Medium dry and toasted malty finish.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Amber pour with white head. Sweet malty and citrus tropical fruity, caramel malts, hoppy bitter finish with a nice spicy hop bite in the close.

Tap @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Clear amber red with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, fruity and moderate hoppy - fruity and spicy. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 141116
