Your Fruit Your Cider is made purely from bartered apples, pears and plums from our community apple drive program. Fermented separately and blended when each has reached their peak. The only blend out of the cellar that you decide the result. Started in 2014, the Community Apple Drive is a localized effort to raise awareness of resource utilization and to involve the community in the process.

Draft - Semi sweet perfumy apple. Clearish pale yellow with a small white head. Light perfume and nice semi sweet apple. Restrained and decent.
