On tap @ VAT house, Dublin. Dorada nebulosa de bonita espuma muy cremosa y duradera. Rico aroma lupulado con predominio frutal. Albaricoque principalmente. En boca es muy ligera y suave, bien de gas. Muy bebible amargor moderado para una IPA. Sabor de base malteada, pero predominio lupulado con ricas notas resinosas, florales y de nuevo albaricoque.

From tap at Stag’s Head, Dublin, 23.03.25, after seeing the Flying Dutchman at the opera. Clear golden. Faurly persistent white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of sweet Sevilla marmalade, pale malt and dried apricot. Balanced with soft bitterness. Good drinkability. The soft hop bitterness and Sevilla marmalade is lingering on.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a cream head. Light citrus aroma. Caramel and grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Caramel and grapefruit linger.

Draught in the Viscount. Orange with a solid head. Aroma of red berry hop. Flavour is biscuit hop, raspberry, grainy bitter citrus, tangy finish.

Tap, orange amber beer, small head. Aroma is citrus, hops, malt. Taste is bitter, citrus, grapefruit, light resin bitterness, hops, malt. Nice one

Bière bue au temple bar à Dublin. Rafraîchissante, a part ça elle n'a pas grand chose d'une IPA, tout juste une lager un peu houblonnée. Juste correcte.

Keg at Madigans Bar, Connolly station, 03/11/23. Light reddish amber with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is biscuit, caramel, dried red berries, raisins. Taste comprises biscuit malts, grains, caramel, herb, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a spattering of dusty hop bitterness. Passable.
