Bottle. Slight hazy pale yellow. Dry pears, soft floral notes, green grassy notes, chalk, CO2, gooseberries, pickled lemon. Light sweet and sour. Solid medium bodied, over medium dry and a lot of big bubbly carbonation. Quite nice.
