Canned 355ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Hazy orange coloured, medium sized creamy off-white head, malt and alcohol in the nose. Sweet and almost sticky malty, fruity, caramel and alcohol with slight citrusy hoppy notes. Rather dry finish. Not so fresh I think.

Amber colored, slightly hazy, low to medium strong white head. Aroma is sweet caramel, candy, some fruits, bit lemony, citrus. Taste is medium sweet caramel, candy-fruity, some citrus. Dry bitter finish. Moderately+ bitter and a lasting bitter aftertaste. Medium+ bodied, moderate carbonation. Quite bitter yet not enough hop aroma, maybe from the long trek from US to Croatia. (0,33 can, Pivoteka Zagreb)

Sample at the "New Beers Eve - Last Chance 2014 Beers!" tasting on 12/31/2014. The beer pours a hazy golden color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of citrus, piney hops and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of citrusy hops, pine and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Location: Can at Ri Ra, Charlotte, 12/2/14

Aroma: It has a pretty great aroma, it is clean and citrusy, with fresh hops, and grassy notes
Appearance: Slightly hazy orange color with a small white head and medium lace
Flavor: The flavor isn't quite as good, slightly off, bitter, but not hoppy and clean like the nose
Palate: The body is medium, with a decent mouthful and a somewhat dry finish
Overall Impression: This beer's flavor doesn't live up to the excellent aroma or pour. It certainly makes a good first impression.

Crisp, very lightly hazy golden and light copper coloured body with a very thin, single centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of fresh hops, resin, grapefruit, passionfruit, tropical fruits and a nice malt backbone - very nice smelling. Medium-bodied; Biting hop flavour of grass, flowers and tropical fruits with not much malt and not much else - fairly one dimensional and just hoppy. Aftertaste shows more grassy and herbal hop notes, but again, not much malt depth nor alcohol flavours. This is fairly light and seems high at 6,7% abv with more of a light IPA flavour and style that is evident. Overall, if you like session-based IPAs but want a touch more alcohol, this one is good for you. I actually like this style of IPAs with a less-strong malt note and a good dose of hops in the mix - this one fits the billing. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Total Wine in Cary, North Carolina on 02-August-2014 for US$1,99 sampled at home in Washington on 18-September-2014.

Can split at Scopey’s 5K Extravaganza of Oompah Band meets doorbell music, thanks to Ell Kay Ess - 15/02/14. Lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white head that clears to a swirl and edgework. Nose is lightly skunked hops, apricot jam, bitter orange, melon, light pine, bread dough. Taste comprises orange pith, mineral notes, mandarin, jammy fruits, hoppy punch. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough IPA.

Can, thanks to Leighton at my 5K tasting. It pours clear golden-orange with a thick off-white head. The nose is juicy orange, mandarin, pine, marmalade, prickly alcohol and dough. The taste is orange, grapefruit, good bitterness, light dough, pepper, resin, light grass and some alcohol with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Solid IPA.
