This cider is a collaboration with restaurant Morille in Koudekerke. 'Bruis' is inspired by red pet-nat wines. For optimal taste, gently invert the unopened bottle to mix the depot through the bottle.

Bottle. Gusher! Hazy deep ruby. Dry apple, quite herbal, Nevel yeast, blackberries, earthy, mineral, mint, grassy. Light sweet and sour, medium bitter. Over medium bodied, medium dry. Decent but not as good as a proper French or UK cider.
