Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 29/06/24. Almost clear pale golden yellow with a fast escaping white head. Nose is apple skins, light sugars, straw, modest funk. Taste comprises apple core, grass, hedgerow, herb, icing sugar, faint barnyard. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close. Okay drop if a touch overly sweet.

750ml bottle from RAD beer. Clear sparkling golden colour, short-lived foam head and aroma of apple pie, juicy. Taste is sweet, tart, apple, fleshy, juicy, with some straw & funk hints and alittle drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, crisp dry finish. Quite drinkable.
