Bottle. My partner bit it with a chair which caused the crown cap to leak so I had to drink it the same day. Very lively, there's a lot of sediment but the first glas I poured looks a lovely slight hazy light pink.
Sour raspberries, vanilla, wheat, light dry cellar notes, lemon. Quite sour, light sweet. Medium bodied. Very tasty stuff, the raspberries and vanilla work well together. In the letter with this subscription box it says they never made a raspberry beer before because they're often too sour... Well, this reminds of of some older Alvinne raspberry beers, definitely way more sour than any other Nevel beer, but a pleasant aroma!
