On tap at Peders, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out intense bourbon barrels, light salted caramel, and vanillin. Flavour is rich and complex, with intense, elegant bourbon barrels, moderate booze, and some gentle burnt sugars. What a beautiful bourbon character. Lovely.
