5oz shared with Ryan. Appearance: a bit hazy copper with a white head. Aroma: kinda weird herbal notes, some funk, woody, tannic. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: ok.

Poured from the tap @ Magnet. Clear amber orange with small white head. Funk, weird soapy floral rhubarb quality. Quite odd.

5oz pour at The Magnet. Pours slightly unclear dirty orange with small white head. Aroma has great barnyard funk, woody barrels, a bit of manure, and some figs. Flavour has lots of funk, barrels; light fruit and well-balanced acidity. Great stuff.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear bright golden with a tiny head. Nose has that signature barnyard funk, underripe figs, and light acidity. Flavour is complex, with a wonderful fig expression, barnyard funk, and light citrus. Great fruit and funk combo, with the acidity kept in check. Excellent.
A reddish copper ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, nice tart mix of ground cherry, dark fruits, light herbal character, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice tart mix of ground cherry, tart blackberries, light citrus, pleasant and complex. On tap at l'autre oeil.

22 March 2024. At Geus van Gent - Fruit Extravaganza 2024. Solo tasting, cheers to me, myself and I!
A: clear golden, stable, small, white head.
A: unripe fig & date, golden raisin, rosewater, fig jam.
T: sour gooseberry, sweetish unripe fig, bitter fig seed, rose petals, herbs, jam.
F: herbal fig, lemon acid, soft notes of flower, funky vinegar.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Very complex, elegant, determinedly 'Lambic-y' but smooth to drink. Excellent!

Pale amber with just a slight haze. Tart, floral, sweet, good complexity to this one.

Tip Tap draught, 5/18/24. Clear bronze-fig juice. Thin ring of bubbles. Juicy fig with a hint of acetic and oak. But mostly lactic and light Brett. I get floral notes and fig skin. Really interesting. Bit of earth and floral notes, juicy fig and great attenuation. Love the earth and floral juxtaposition. Really malty and well-attenuated. No punchy acidity.
Typically great from tilquin. Nice neutral base sour with a healthy splash of fruit, but not sweet adding. Het lagerhuys ams
