Gebrouwen met toewijding en volgens de eeuwenoude recepten, is deze tripel een eerbetoon aan authenticiteit. De voormalige trappist heeft een verfijnde, volmondige smaak met licht florale toetsen en een natuurlijke hopbitterheid die zachtjes nazindert in een lange, droge afdronk. Laat je smaakpapillen dansen op de harmonieuze tonen van perzik, abrikoos en een subtiele hint van honing.

She has a huge, beautiful white foam. Through the thick layer of foam for the first time the smell is not so noticeable yet, but rounded, in balance with the hop-malt. Color opaque gold-yellow. Beautiful. Restrained carbonation, so you can feel the complex flavors. It is complex, rather hopy, slightly citrusy, but also herbaceous and sweet. Extremely delicious dessert beer, almost no alcohol. The better you go, the more flavors come out. Irsai-s, champagne feeling, e.g. ... A really outstandingly complex, yet well-drinkable beer. Thanks for the gift to my couple :)

Hatalmas, gyönyörű fehér habja van. A vastag habrétegen keresztül először illata még annyira nem érződik, de lekerekített, egyensúlyban a komló-maláta. Színe opálos arany-sárga. Szép. Visszafogott szénsavasság, ezért jól érezni a komplex ízeket. Összetett, inkább komlós, picit citrusos, de mellette gyógyfüves, és édeskés is. Rendkívül finom desszert sör, az alkoholt szinte nem is érezni. Minél jobban haladsz, annál több íz jön elő. Irsai-s, pezsgős érzet, pl... Tényleg kiemelkedően komplex, mégis jól iható sör.
