330ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with small, frothy, fading, off-white head. Fruity and lactic, tangy aroma, minimally artificial, sugary notes of raspberry, raspberry juice, hints of sauerkraut, fruit acid, lactic acid, caramel malty background. Taste is tart-ish, lactic and sweet-ish, minimally sugary, fruity, hints of sauerkraut, raspberry juice, lactic acid, citric acid, rather neutral, caramel malty "basis".
Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, medium, scattered, mildly prickly carbonation.
A tad sugary and artificial, fairly refreshing - not overly impressive.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 15.05.2025) im 2024-07 getrunken. Dieses Himbeer Sour kommt mit einem kräftigem roten Farbton ins Glas doch die weiße Schaumkrone ist recht kurzweilig. Ein deultiches Himbeer-Aroma und eine eher leichte Säure macht dieses Ale zu einen unkomplizierten Begleiter im Sommer.

Smell of raspberry. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of raspberry, and not much else. Some candy. Lively carbon. Medium sour, medium sweet.

0,33 l bottle. Cloudy red amber in the glass, small short living head. Strong sour raspberry on the nose. Taste the same with also sweet elements. Pale grainy background. Low carbonated. Not bad but also not my cup of tea.
