Bottle 50 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a neat, lacing, white head. Dry, malty nose with floral hops. Medium body, slightly sweet malts quickly overpowered by a rather substantial and welcome bitterness. 111025

Gold with a frothy, white head. Grainy, mildly grassy aroma with touches of metal and peppermint. Taste is mildly bitter with a mild spice at the end. Body to the light side of medium, moderate watery texture. Underwhelming finish is a mix of water and spice. Drinkable.

"Hiddenseer Pils", Flasche von Getränke Hoffmann, Bernau b. Berlin, 4.6.2025. - Lichtes Goldbraun, schwach trüb. - In der Nase leicht gerstig-brotiges helles Malz und feine Zitrone mit der Süße von Zitronenlimonade. - Antrunk schlank hellmalzig mit ein wenig Getreide, feiner Restsüße und arg milder zitroniger Hopfung. Durchschnittlich rezent, leicht trocken. Im Abgang blaß zitrusfruchtig und nur wenig hopfenherb. Kurzer Nachtrunk. - Auch das Pils der Marke Hiddenseer orientiert sich wie schon das Helle nur vage an den ortsüblichen Merkmalen dieser Biersorte; insbesondere fehlen ihm aromatische Hopfung und knackige Herbe. Ein nettes Erfrischungsbierchen aber für Pilstrinker eine Enttäuschung.

Slightly unclear golden with a creamy head. Grassy, zesty, citrusy, strawy and bready. Hoppy zesty bitterness. Light bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty grassy hoppy bitter finish. A good Pilsner, not much Northern German character though.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow cloudy colour. Moderated malty and hoppy aroma. Mooderate bitter fresh flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

0,5 l bottle from a kaufland in Hamburg. BB 07/26. Pale yellow golden in the glass, small short living white head. A lot of smaller sediments are floating around. Taste starts dry grainy, some hay and citrus, increasing dry bitterhop. Thin texture. Expected way more.
