Thanks fonefan! Yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is grassy, herbal and some mild biscuity and bready malts to it. Flavour is wheat, some floral, mild spicy and a bit bready and grainy tones to it. Strange aroma, but flavour was Weissbier indeed.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, deep orangey golden with a huge, fluffy, lacing head with excellent retention. Distinct yeast and banana in the nose. Medium body, rich, sweet fruitiness with plenty of banana notes and friendly phenols. Just sufficient bitterness to create a nicely balanced Hefe. 111025

Bottle 50cl. poured into a weizen glass. Cloudy pale yellow golden colour, tall frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, banana, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet, light bitter, malty, yeast, banana, faint spices. Medium body, more oily than creamy texture, prickly mouthfeel, soft carbonation, grainy sweetbitter aftertaste, average weizen, nice.

Gold with a foamy, white head. Yeasty and banana-like aroma with a hints of bandages and wine vinegar. Taste is mildly sweet, faint tart, finishing much the same with lingering dough on the tongue, and dankness and bandage on the nose. Medium bodied, highly carbonated. Definitely past its freshness, although many months from the best date. Underwhelming.

0,5 l bottle. BB 07/26. Murky golden in the glass with a more than one finger white head. Yeast and wheat on the nose, some banana and orange. Taste is more on the orange side, followed by wheat and yeast with sweet ripe banana. Hints of sulfur. Little bit dry and bitterness to the end. Below average carbonation. Not bad.
