This is a blend of dry hopped fresh saison fermented in our foeder with saccharomyces and brettanomyces, and a 12 months old sour beer from wine barrels.

7-3-7-4-14 Bottle, blend #1, #220, 19 months before bbd. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is tart notes of hay, yeasty phenols and fizzy candy, as well as fruity brett with grapes, citrus, musty apples, farmhouse notes and wooden notes. Medium body, with average to fizzy carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity yeast with wet hay and leaves, as well as fruity brett with apples, grapes, lime and wooden notes. Dry finish.

On tap at B�din �lfestival, Bod�. Pours a coudy pale yellow colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of grass, cloves, lime, barnyard, cucombers and cilantro. Flavour of lime, barnyard, apple cider vinegar and dry hay. Has a slick mouth feel, light to medium body and a soft bitterness. Fresh, tasteful and very nice.
