Torneå Bryggeri Aktiebolaget perustettiin vuonna 1873. 150 vuotisen panimoperinteen kunniaksi panimme 1873 hunaja-bockin, vahvan vaalean lageroluen, joka saa kukkaista aromikkuutta panimomme lähialueella tuotetusta aidosta Lapin hunajasta. Torniolaisia oluttekoja samoilla sijoilla jo 150 vuotta.

Pours yellow with a small and lacing white head. Aroma: yeast, caramel and alcohol esters. Taste: cereals, light spices and esters. Yeasty palate.

Bottle (from Alko web). Yellowish golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is sweet honey, some mild herbal tones with a bit alcohol tones. Flavour is alcohol, some sweet malts, grains and honeyish tones. Like TBone says, a bit Malt Liquor to it. Feels somewhat cheap.

330ml bottle sold to me by djoeye. Misty golden body, declining white head, dotted spots on the glass. Moderate aromas of cereal malts, mid-sweet, and grassy hops. Honeyed sweet taste joined by biscuit and cereal malts. Mid-sweet malty ending. Fair enough. (Tromsø, 01.11.2024).

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear golden, small head. Slight honey aroma. Sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with honey and cereals. Mid bitter finish.

Can from Alko, Helsinki. Clear golden with a white head. The aroma is sweet, malty, hops and grass. The taste is pretty sweet and a little bitter.
