--Keg at Hopyard, Oslo. -- Clear pale golden, small head. Aroma of fruity rice and spicy grass. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity and fairly crisp. Mild spicy grass. Low to medium bitterness.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 2A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 876/877 (BB: 01/2025). AROMA: medium-low grainy-sweet aroma with a faint citric and mineral background note. almost clean fermentation profile. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and generally clear with very fine haze in suspension, ok for style. TASTE: initial medium grainy-sweet malty flavor with slight honey touch. slight citrus note. medium-high bitterness with a dry and somewhat bitter finish and aftertaste. MOUHFEEL: medium-low to low body with medium carbonation. dry sensation that resembles astringency. OVERALL: a nice pale lager with rice but a bit overly bitter and with a strange astringency-like sensation.
