In collaboration with Horus Aged Ales, we combined the grain bills of our Ghost in the Machine and Horus’s Osprey’s Next Catch to create a massive double IPA: Skelehawk. Dry hopped with heavy doses of Cryo, Mosaic, and Strata, this dank beast exudes notes of green melon rind with citric undertones.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow golden pour, small, frothy white head. Citrusy aroma, floral, light dank notes. Taste leans towards the citrus, some soapy floral flavors, dank a mere shadow in the background. Dries out at the finish, lingering bitterness. Creamy

Rocky white head left a spotty cover on a hazy lemon coloured body. Tangerine, zesty & herbal aroma. Medium to full bodied, smooth - almost like a glass off freshly squeezed orange juice - & clean on the back. Cereal, orange, biscuit, lemon & citrus pith tastes with a bitterly hopped finish followed by pepper - hop burn on the aft. A joy to drink.

16 oz can from Tavour, 1/28/20. Hazy bright orange color, off white head, moderate lace. Citrus, mango, peach, and strawberry. Nice hop flavor mix. Good bitter undertones. Really nice feel. Rather tasty. 8/4/9/4/17
