Cold Torpedo delivers the hop intensity you’re after with unreal drinkability. Our Cold IPA brewing process keeps the malt character restrained and ultra crisp, letting hops own the spotlight. Crush hot summer days with a Cold Torpedo plunge of pine, citrus, tropical fruit, and even hints of watermelon.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 03/12/24. Clear golden topped with a lasting white head. Nose is melon, tangerine, soft malts, grass, papaya. Taste comprises pale malts, mandarin, light breads, melon, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness. Okay easy drinker.

Near clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thinnish pale malts, quite dry, a light dry creamy sweetness. Crisp pine hops. Modest citrus, a little peel, some brighter citrus. Quite a dry finish. Clean and reasonably drinkable but at the same time, I could be drinking many other better beers. Clean but on a craft beer scale, quite disappointing.

This one smells of tropical fruit and caramel malt with hop resin. The flavor is moderately bitter, fruity, and caramelly. Medium bodied. Clean. That makes it very drinkable but I like more character. Good. Not great.

Cold fermentation, bitches. Old-ish single from Whole Paycheck on tunnel. Packaged 2/02/24. Pint glass at home. Pretty, cascading, medium gold with a creamy lingering froth. Sweet grain & stuff, medicinal herbage on the nose. Soft & bittersweet leaning sweet. Incredibly frothy, silky, slight grape skin, long lasting Aspirin bitterness. A bit more perceived body & booziness than I want in a cold IPA. Age took some bit out of it too. Meh-ish.

12oz bottle from Albertsons. Bright golden pour, abundant white foamy head, lively carbonation. Grainy, bready aroma, faint fruity notes. Taste is white bread, biscuity, with the semblance of a faint lemony bite at the finish. Not a lot of hops here, but solid lager elements.

12oz bottle. Almost 4 months out from canning, hops are starting to fade and get oniony...doesn't maintain like the Pale Ale. Still juicy, sweet, soft on the the palate...doesn't have any bite. Hate it when brewers fully miss the concept of Cold IPA. To me this just tastes like regular Torpedo. Boring, stale Citra tone. Disappointing.

Bottle from Sierra Nevada UK Webshoppe. It pours clear golden - yellow with a handsome white head. The aroma is fresh and clean, has some grapefruit zing, light pine, but also green fruits, melon, greengage and white grape. The taste is crisp as, firmly dry, pleasing bitterness which builds and lingers, sappy, resin, pine needles, pithy, zesty, grapefruit vibes, ripe melon, greengage, clean malt base, biscuit, tickle of alcohol and nip of peppery spice with lingering bitter finale. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Great balance. Clear and crisp. Nice one.
