375ml bottle, 2024 vintage, thanks Craig and Sarah! Chocolate aroma with notes of caramel, roasted malt, toffee, treacle, molasses, vanilla, bourbon and oak. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has no retention and very little lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt, chocolate, toffee, treacle and oak flavors as well as having a rich, full body and slick, viscous mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with caramel, molasses, vanilla and noir flavors as well as a good amount of warming booziness at the very end. Complex and flavorful, an excellent sipper that hides the high alcohol very well.

375ml bottle. Jet black colour with minimally late awakening, small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, dark brown head. BA supported, intense and condensed, roasty, chocolately, dark malty as well as caramel malty and yeasty fruity aroma, notes of Bourbon, dark caramel, red wine, blue grapes, dark chocolate, couverture, chocolate sauce, oaky and alcoholic overtones. Taste is BA supported, sweet, chocolately, dark malty, caramel malty, slightly yeasty fruity, notes of caramel, plum butter, dark and blue berries, some red wine, blue grapes, Bourbon, treacle, oak, cherry, red jelly, subtle spiciness; minimally warming, alcoholic finish. Viscous texture, smooth and soft, slightly cloying palate, fine, soft carbonation. Exorbitantly intense and condensed, inconceivably rich and complex, quite sweet but comfortably so - brilliant, excellent, superb sipper.

375ml bottle pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is great big barrel notes toasted coconut rich chocolate and heavy roast. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate roast malts coconut barrel. Very nice
