Botle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a huge, off-white head with an amazing retention. Rustic, bready aroma - quite pleasant. Medium body, a solid maltiness, again extremely soft water with a somewhat bitter finish. Well made Rye beer.

Bottled at Tritonia Ölverkstad, Stockholm. Clear mahogany colour, mid sized head. Fruity, bready nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bread, red berries and notes of black pepper. Fairly low bitterness. A low key, quite harmonious beer.

Tap at Easy Beer, Rīga. Reddish brown, hazy. Spicy candy sugar and spruce aroma. Very sweet taste which is well-balanced by the spiciness of the rye. Peppery finish but the body is disappointingly flat. Sweet resinous notes in the aftertaste. Not great but pretty good all things considered.

BOTTLE 50 CL from Beerfox, Riga. Almost clear dark mahogany, creamy beige pillowy head with good retention. Sweet overripe citrus in the nose, along with some earthy hops and apricot jam. The taste is overripe dark fruit - not juicy and bright IPA-style - a bit shifted towards toasty malts. The bitterness is soft and mild - ranging from grapefruit pith to dried leaves. A good one.

50cl bottle at Drink Baar, Tallinn. Dark amber to copper coloured with a large, dense, off-white head. Immediate hoppy aroma followed by malty and slightly bready notes, rye, citrus and ripe fruits. Medium to moderate sweet with nice hoppy and bready notes. Balanced and quite enjoyable.

Aroma had fruitiness, tangerine and mildly sweet rye bread. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tangerine, fruitiness, rye, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A tasty and very fruity brew.
