We thought, we fought, we took votes, we did blind tastings, we did sniff tests and lab tests, color tests and speed tests. After months of conversation with our friends at Ravenna & Alvarado Street, nostalgia for the bygone days of a more see-through beer has won. This year, 3-Way IPA is a WEST COAST STYLE IPA.
2022 3-Way IPA is an explosion of juicy fruit flavors. With all the bright clarity of a West Coast IPA and a rich, smooth texture, it retains a perfect, creamy white head through all the sips.

16oz can from Hops & Bottles. Bright orange/ golden pour, fine spotty head, some lacing. Citrus aroma, grapefruit, tangerine, some mango. Taste is citrusy, orange peel, tropical and a touch of stone fruit, almost dry feel. A lot more subtle than I was expecting.

Can. Pours a hazy bright orange with a slight gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has bright citrus and mango with a bit of sweet grain and light rind underlying. Flavor has a great combination of citrus and mango with a bit of sweet grain and a bite of rind in the finish.
