Bottle at Rassia tasting. Golden with white head. Floral elderflower, grapes, a bit of oak. Mildly tart citrus coming in at the end. Refreshing and effervescent.

Bottle pour at de Garde 10th Anniversary. Pale golden, white wine look with a few bubbles. White grapes are the main focus here, with floral notes coming in all around. Fruity, mild tartness with a savory finish.
