Bottle. Yellowish orange colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some nectary, yeasty and mild herbal tones to it. Flavour is floral, nectary, yeasty and mild herbal tones with some funky and mild zesty tones. Nicely dry palate.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly subdued, with flat oranges, barnyard funk, and a touch of leather. Flavour is rather obscured, with light leather, subdued funk and no notice of the oranges. Pretty weak and watery, with flat carbonation. This is definitely disappointing. Not sure what went wrong here.

Tap at Before 9. Very acidic, bretty nose, some orange maybe, but mostly bretty funk. Mild to medium acidity in the mouth, nice horse blanket, some orange and other citrus flavors. The orange is really hidden by the brett, so this is less impressive than others I have had in the series, but still nice.

375 ml bottle into tulip glass, best before 11/26/2025. Pours clear golden orange color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lightly tart lemon, orange, citrus peel, green apple, pear, pepper, hay, straw, oak, leather, musty funk, light vanilla, and yeast/oak earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/funky yeast, orange, and oak barrel notes; with solid strength. Taste of tart lemon, orange, citrus peel, green apple, pear, pepper, hay, straw, oak, wheat, cracker, leather, musty funk, light vanilla, and yeast/oak earthiness. Moderate fruity/acidic tartness and tannic/citrus peel bitter/spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of tart lemon, orange, citrus peel, green apple, pear, pepper, hay, straw, oak, leather, musty funk, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, oranges, oak barrel, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/spiciness balance and zero astringent flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from acidity/spiciness as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately acidic, and lightly grainy/creamy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very good orange fruit lambic style. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, oranges, oak barrel, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the balanced acidity. A very enjoyable offering.

Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, barnyard, farmyard, orange - citrus - mandarin, dry, mandarin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
