Bottle shared at the Canary wharf tasting 16/02/2016. Many thanks to Matteo for this one. Aroma is dirty sour, baby diaper, orange, semi sweet. Dirty. Flavour is composed of woody, moulded fruit, orange, mould, tannin, almonds. Wood. Palate is semi sweet and sour, tangy. I don’t like this.

Level 42 Tasting. Thanks to Matteo. Lightly hazy orange - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, mildly dry and modest fine crispness. That annoying burned hazlenut flavour is here, as in so many Danish sours. However thankfully only a light touch of it here, Floral orange and lemon turning sour. Mild sherbet. Light lemony citric bitter finish. Shame about the nuts, coulda been a good one.

Bottle split on the 42nd floor, thanks to Matteo, 16/02/16. Hazed orange with a well appointed off white covering that retains well. Nose is barnyard, pissy citrics, orange peel, funk, wood must, damp cloth. Taste comprises tarte orange, wood must, sharp tangerine, funk, faint yeast, earthy lemon rind, light balsa wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a rising acidic vibe. Ok but average as the series goes.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Matteo. Pours clear orange-gold with a slight, foamy white head. The nose holds sweat, ripe citrus, tangerine, wood. Light sweet flavor with hints of cereal, a little buttered popcorn, light juicy orange, lemony tartness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more butter, dough, biscuits, popcorn, tangy citrus, hay. A bit rough overall.

Bottle on level 42. It pours golden with a small white head. The nose is fresh, funky, sweaty, dirty orange, farmyard, grainy, cereal and dirt. The taste is crisp, tart, tangy, sour orange, tangerine, sherbet, sour candy, cheddar cheese, earth and alcohol boost. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty boosty. Good fun though.
