Bottled. Amber colour with a mediumsized off-white foamy head. Aroma is red wine, tannins, fruity and mild sour tones to it. Flavour is sour wooden tones with some red wine, mild apple vinegar acidity with some yeast and mild fruity tones. Nice dry tones, probably caught some tannins from the red wine barrel.

On tap at Mikkeller Berlin. Red with medium white head. Vinous, some berries, lactic, red grapes, medium sourness. Light bodied.

Tap at Mikkeller. Deep burgundy, with creamy beige head. Raspberry, slight touch of vinegar. Tart and heavy.

Botella 37.5 cl de cervezalandia tomada en Oviedo 24..12..2017. (r100). Sin lote con fdcpref 26..11..2020 en chapa. Color ámbar marrón turbio con poca espuma beige oscura. Sabores intensos con suaves ácidos, caramelos, afrutados y toques finales de maderas y vinos. Cuerpo medio a intenso con bastante sabor, todo perfectamente combinado. Fino, fácil de beber y algo de gas. Bastante buena para repetir sin duda.

Bottle. Clear reddish amber body with a small beige head. Aroma is acidic with wood, grapes and red berries. Flavor is the same as aroma, not very complex really but a pleasant sour made very smooth and soft. Fine balanced body and long lasting, smooth sour aftertaste.
