Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Pours dark amber with an small offwhite head. Aroma of sourness, wood, yeast, barnyard, sour fruit, oak, a hint of vanilla, red wine, wine grapes. Flavor is very sour, sour red wine grapes, wood, oak, sour fruit, red wine. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, very acidic finish. Slight over the top aggressive acidic for my liking. 260516

Flaske 375ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Drukket på Bergstua 23 Mai 16. Mørk amber. Middels høyt skum som faller hurtig. Syrlig bæraroma. Smaken det samme. Kirsebær. Sursøt avslutning.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are lactose acid, fruits, wood, red wine, malt and hops. Nice fruity and sour finish.

Tap at Salon piva.Red brown color with medium off-hits head. Strong red vine, wood, grapes, red fruits in aroma. Taste, fruity sourness with berries, red wine, grapes, wood. Very nice.

Tap at Salon piva. Very nicely balanced intense beer fitting well in flanders red/brown. Clean complex sourness and subtle flavour mix of wood, caramel, light roast and traces of wine. Perfect.

Tap at TCBW2016. Clear amber copper, small off-white head. Tart woody aroma with hints of red wine. Medium-bodied. Very sour, red wine is evident. Wood comes through the tannines. Fruity aftertaste. As red wine ba it is quite nice.
