Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light hay, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20101211]

Bottle, 5.0%. Sourish aroma, a little infected smelling. Almost clear pale yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour also has a little of the sourness, seems a little infected still.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized Pilsener-blond foamy head. Moderately sweet and soft grainy malt aroma with a touch of sour dough and traces of lemon and hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Malt-accented, slightly grainy, minimal fruity and chalky taste; slightly bitter and herbal hoppy finish. Decent Pilsener.
