Bottle: Deep, clear, bubbly gold with a tight, off-white head. Scent is like old iron....peppery and herbal.... Taste is herbal...spice/pepper bitter...malty... Citrus and toffee...Brine? maybe... Very strange.....can’t quite pinpoint it all..but I rather enjoyed it!

Sample in a flight at the Beer Growler in Alpharetta. Pours orangish-yellow, with a small, cream colored head. The aroma is straw, bitter orange peel, cloves, and lavender. Sweet and malty up front, with an aggressive bitterness coming forward quickly. Medium body, smooth, and lightly spicy. Pretty good carbonation, and a nice velvety mouthfeel. Overall, this is a creative, spicy, hoppy creation. Enjoyable, drinkable, and unusual.

Not sure exactly what this supposed to be. Pours clear golden with ok head and lacing. Some alcohol and caramel. On tap at DC Beer Festival.

Pours amber into a shaker. Off-white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Sour biscuit and butterscotch aromas. Thin and soft with butterscotch and caramel upfront turning to rancid sour butter in the lasting bitter finish.

At the DC Craft Beer Festival. Crisp and clean lager notes, some okay herbal and floral hop character. Flavor was light lager, some herbal, and earthy tones, crispness too. Mostly clean and inoffensive.
