Bottle. Pours a clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has an earthy straw note with a decent amount of sour/acidic lemon. Flavor has strong sour lemon throughout with a bit of lemon with a good amount of acid.

On tap at Hay Merchant. Pours a pale yellow white with no head. The aroma is lavender and rice. Thin mouth, lemon, wheat, dough, very light, really nice.

4 oz pour on cask at ChurchKey. Cloudy lemonade yellow with light off-white head. Aromas of barnyard funk, floral, lemons. Tastes of tart lemon, herbs and spice, light oak, lightly tart acidic notes. Light body with a dry finish.
