0,5 flaske med VP Bergen Storsenter, hos Håkon: klar gylden med fin skumkrone som varer lenge. Lett krydret med fin urtebitterhet, citrus og furunål. Lettdrikkelig med tørr avslutning.

From Heinrich 3000, as usual, it is a good bavarian pils, craft comes, tradition stays intact, mineral, aromatic, hoppy, herbal, 30.11.18, at the Holiday Inn, Berg am Laim.

Another beer with characteristic Weltenburger signature .50 cl bottle.Pale golden colour with thick medium head with lacing.Lettuce aroma. The taste is hay, floral, malt and others that I don’t care about cause I’m simply enjoying this beer.

500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. Contract brewed by Brauerei Bischofshof. ABV is 4.9%. Crystal clear and very pale golden colour, large and lasting white head. Nice aroma of of fruity and floral aromatic hops, notes of honey, some sweetish malty aroma too. Light bodied, but there is also a subtle malty sweetness in the flavour, and moderate but distinct German hops throughout. Definitely a decent pilsener!

Bottle from Biermarket. Aroma is grassy noble hop, grainy malt, some straw. Hint of citrus. Flavour is light sweet and light to moderate bitter. Medium body. An absolutely well-done grassy German Pilsener.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear gold with small white head, modest retention. Light grains, sweetness and some floral hop on the nose. A fairly grain noted malty pils with a grassy and herbal crisp bitter bite in the finish. Medium bodied, good carbonation level for the style. A solid all round lager.

Bottle at home Tuesday 21st May 2024 cooking Tex Mex Cure Ribs with two different Coleslaws, picked up from REWE, Regen, Not decided what music to listen to yet. We're sat in the porch after a busy afternoon of gardening. Pours clear gold, little bubbles, large white head, dry, crispy and fruity Pils. Nice.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, orange golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly spicy and grainy, pale malty and slightly herbal-grassy, hoppy aroma, a touch of nettle. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally grainy and spicy, pale malty, mildl ybitter, slightly herbal-grassy and fruity hoppy, hints of nettle, apple; slight muesli character. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Mild, balanced, harmonious - very nice.
